Refund Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the operation of your Power Genie™ product return it to Electronic System Integrators Pty Ltd (ESI) within 14 days from date of purchase with your receipt for refund.

Warranty Policy
Should the product fail to function as intended by Electronic System Integrators Pty Ltd (ESI) within a period of ninety (90) days from date of purchase it should be returned and the fault or symptom detailed.

ESI will, at its own discretion, repair or replace the product as soon as possible. The warranty does not cover product failures occurring wholly or in part as a result of misuse, negligence, malicious damage, accidental damage or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability
Except as is expressly provided for in this agreement, no liability for damages whether in contract, tort
or otherwise shall be borne by Electronic System Integrators Pty Ltd (ESI) for any loss, damage or injury, whether that damage arises directly, indirectly, consequentially or otherwise from any breach of ESI obligations under this agreement or howsoever otherwise.
