PROBLEM: Green light will not turn on
The selected control device does not draw standby power or does not draw enough standby power to be recognised.  This device can usually still be used as a control device.

PROBLEM: Cannot adjust the thumbwheel to keep the Green light on without the Red light turning on.
The selected control device draws the same amount of power whether it’s on or off.
Select a different control device, repeat steps 1-8 in the Setup Guide.

PROBLEM: Red and Green lights are on, or Red light will not go off
The selected control device draws too much current in standby.
Select a different control device, repeat steps 1-8 in the Setup Guide.

PROBLEM: No lights at all
Check the power from the wall outlet is switched on.
