Privacy Policy
1. What information do we gather?
At ESI we only gather information provided by you that will assist us with your enquiry or your purchase. We only gather your supplied information on the “Contact Us” or “Where to Buy” sections of our website. We do not place tracking cookies on your machine.

2. What organisation is collecting the information?
ESI collects and stores your information via email. We never ask for credit card or other financial information. All orders and credit card payments are processed by other accredited and secure financial organisations and your browser is redirected to their own site for the secure transaction.

3. How do we use your information?
We have four (4) main uses for your personal information:

a) Processing and shipping your order.
b) Being able to contact you at your request or because of an issue related to your order.
c) To respond to your request for technical support.
d) For demographic analysis of our product sales.

Your telephone number is used only if we have questions or need to reach you immediately regarding your order. Your name, address, telephone, email, and shipping address all remain private in our own local database.

4. With whom will your information be shared?
We will never share or sell your personal information, including your email address, to other companies for any reason, except as required by law.

5. What choices are available to you regarding the collection, use, and distribution of the information?
We only collect a minimum amount of information in order to facilitate any request for an order, service or technical support.

The required fields of entry are optional. If we cannot fulfill your request with the given information,
we will try to contact you using the information supplied for further details.

6. Remove/Delete Policy
If you would like your information to be removed or deleted from our database, please contact sales@powergenie.com.

8. What if our policy changes?
Should the policy stated above require amendments or changes then the new policy will be posted here.

New policies will be posted a full 30 days before enactment.
